Weight Watchers or the Flat Belly Diet. Which one is for you? Well if you want to lose weight permanently, the answer is neither. The truth is only 5% of people that go on a diet succeed at losing weight permanently.

I know this fact is not going to sit very well with some giant corporations, but the truth is the truth. And you don’t even need to do any research on this. All you have to do is go to a beach or a Wall Mart. You will quickly see that at least two out of three people are overweight or obese.

So how can these companies stay in business? They pedal hope. The weight loss industry is a 40 billion dollar a year industry. Do you think the people that run these business are really going to tell people the real story? Which is, if you want to lose weight permanently, you have to be responsible for you own health and to stop looking for the easy way out.

Only one thing works for weight loss. You have to burn off more calories than you take in. It’s not that Okinawa Flat belly tonic these diet programs can’t help you do that, they can. However, ANY diet that creates a calorie deficit will work if you stay on it long enough.

The reason no diet or weight loss program works forever is as soon as you go off their program, you lose the tool that was creating the calorie deficit for you. And you go right back you your old weight gain habits.

The only thing that is proven to work is when you learn how to lose weight on your own. Meaning you do it with your own food and with your own healthy habits. If you want my advice, step up to the plate and solve this problem on your own. Paying someone or buying something to help you has only been proven to lead to failure over the long term.
